Junk King of the Bay Area

"I hired your company to remove 2 safes from our hardware store as we are retiring and closing our business. As scheduled, 3 young men showed up on Monday to do the job. After wrestling the heaviest of the 2 safes, they determined that once they got it out on the street, more guys would be needed to push it up a ramp and onto the truck. 2 more guys showed up and the 5 of them began the task of getting one safe down the stairs and onto the truck the monster safe on the truck also.

The purpose of this letter is to tell you what nice young gentleman these 5 guys were. I never say looks of "poor me, why did I get stuck with this job, on their faces. I never heard cuss words or yelling while they worked so hard. I spoke with them many times with possible solutions and ideas that might help and each time they responded back with respect, gentleness and kindness, with a little humor thrown in. If I had to do what they did, you would have thought a drunken sailor was working on those safes.

So needless to say, thank you for sending those great guys to our store. They are wonderful assets to your business and let them know I so appreciated their hard work."

"I can't say enough about how wonderful I think Junk King is. First heard about the company through a charitable event they were involved with and the guys couldn't have been nicer. I needed someone to remove old furniture, junk etc from an apt. I had a deadline to get the items removed and was able to get an appointment for the next day, which was wonderful. They gave me a 2 hour window as advertised and called 15 minutes prior to arrival (again as advertised). The crew came in, looked at what I had, gave me an estimate, I agreed and within 15 minutes, everything was gone. It was so quick. They arrived with plenty of people and truck space. Everything was as advertised, so no surprises. Junk King made a tough situation for me so easy. I will probably need similar service in the future and they will be my first and only call and I am telling everyone about Junk King!"

Toa of Junk King offered me a good price for removing all the junk, mattresses and some furniture from an apartment. His team members, Gio and Jesson, were very professional courteous, friendly and on time. After they removed all the junks, they cleaned up the stairs and hallways.
